Is Baba a real person?
Baba is a voice AI trained to sound warm, human, and emotionally engaging. While it’s not a live human caller, many families find it comforting & seniors enjoy chatting with it once they get used to it.
What if my resident doesn’t like technology?
When explaining Baba to a new user, we explain that they don't need any new technology since there's no logins, downloads, or new hardware needed. If they can answer a call, they can use Baba.
Can Baba detect health issues?
