Eligibility
Who can apply?
You may qualify if you receive eligible care through Baba and either of these applies:
- Your gross household income is at or below 200% of the current federal poverty level.
- Essential living expenses, reduced income, or unexpected costs make paying difficult, even if your income is above that guideline.
Finance reviews each request individually. Assistance is not guaranteed. We may ask for more information to understand your financial need.

Choose a hardship reason and confirm your attestation. An explanation is optional, and you can ask to discuss your situation privately.
We review your request
Your payment is paused during review. Finance records the decision, and approved assistance is applied to your balance.
